First Lexxe Investors Meeting in Shanghai, China, Jan. 18, 2006

Date: Jan. 24th, 2006

The First Lexxe Investors Meeting in Shanghai has attracted seven investors or interested parties, representing five different countries and regions.

Before the formal presentation in Shanghai, China, on January 18, 2006, Dr. Hong Liang Qiao, CEO and founder of Lexxe Pty Ltd, Australia and also the inventor of the Lexxe Technology, spent two days (Jan. 16-17, 2006) holding talks with individual investors.

The First Lexxe Investors Meeting and the pre-meeting activities have received positive reactions from participating investors, who have come to agree that the Lexxe Technology represents the emergence of the 3rd generation internet search engine and is technologically superior to that of the 2nd generation (including Google) and therefore has great potential for development and market deployment in the future.

Dr. Qiao thanked all the participants for their active participation and their constructive comments. He is sure that he can create a fair and open platform for all the investors from around the world.

Furthermore, Lexxe has received a warm welcome from the Chinese government, who is in the process of evaluating Lexxe and hopefully will collaborate with Lexxe in the near future. Lexxe has established a good working relationship with the Chinese government from the very beginning and will maintain it well, which will be very important to Lexxe’s future development in China.

Lexxe is now working towards finalizing details with investors to secure the Series A fundraising goal so as to commence commercial development as soon as possible.
