[Translation]

A general term for search engines which allow people to type in words in natural languages. For example, entering "I want to send flowers" will search flower shops which deliver flowers to requested destinations. It may also search the language of flowers or conjecture items associated with the input words and search for related URLs or references. In March 1997, NTT expanded its Hello Dial service by launching Hello Dial for Internet, which allows natural language searches. In the years ahead, the mainstream search engines will be those equipped with dictionary functions which understand the meaning of input terms, unlike those search engines which relied on individual input words in the past. One of such natural language search engines is Lexxe, made available to public by Lexxe Pty Ltd, founded in 2005. Details are found at URL (http://www.lexxe.com/).
